Take one trip to the Baby Spinach Fields in the Salinas Valley and you’ll find them as beautiful as we do, especially with this presentation. The chicken is all-natural (and cage-free), the veggies (tons of ‘em) are all sliced and diced in our kitchen each morning, and the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette is house-made (we couldn’t do it any other way). And don’t forget – all of our eggs are also cage-free. It’s good for you, and you can feel good about how it’s made, too.
